Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site work, remember your preferences, and understand how it’s used. We also use similar technologies such as local storage and pixels.

• Essential — needed for the site to function, such as security, sessions, your cart and checkout. These can’t be switched off.
• Requested ticket offer — after you claim, img_offer_claim_v1 stores a random private identifier for 7 days so we can apply your discount and prefill checkout. It contains no name or email. Existing claims keep their original expiry. Local storage remembers a dismissed offer invitation for seven days.
• Preferences — remember choices like your selected currency and recently viewed Experiences.
• Analytics — help us understand usage and improve the site (e.g. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity). Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity run on every visit to this site. There is no opt-in prompt. Clarity records clicks, scrolling and session replays across public ticket, help, policy and checkout details/payment pages. Personal details in the offer form and checkout are masked; payment-card fields in Stripe are not recorded. Private booking confirmations, recovery links, account and admin pages are excluded.
• Google measurement — Google Analytics measures visits and verified ticket purchases on every visit. Google Ads uses the purchase recorded in Google Analytics to show which ads lead to bookings. Google signals and ad personalisation are allowed, so Google may use this data for ads. We send Google the order value and tickets bought, not your name, email or payment card.
• Marketing — used to measure campaigns (Meta, TikTok and Microsoft advertising pixels).

Essential, analytics and marketing cookies are all used on this site so it can function, so we can improve it, and so we can measure and run marketing campaigns.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site from working.

To limit Google Analytics and Clarity, block or delete cookies in your browser settings or use a private window. You can also install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. To control how Google uses data for ads, use your Google ad settings. Blocking Google Analytics or Clarity does not stop you booking.

New AED 150 offer claims require selecting the offer terms checkbox. It is unchecked by default. Submitting “Claim offer” agrees to up to three IMG offer reminder emails from BeTheGuests; you can unsubscribe anytime. Standard-price booking remains available without signing up for reminders. Existing claims keep their discount and original expiry.

Some cookies are set by the third-party services described in our Privacy Policy (such as our payment, analytics and email providers). Their use of data is governed by their own policies.

We may update this Cookie Policy as our tools change. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
