Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BeTheGuests website, apps and services (the “Platform”), operated by BETHEGUESTS LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17326236) (“we”, “us”, “our”), trading as BeTheGuests.

By browsing the Platform or making a booking you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Cancellation & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

BeTheGuests is a booking platform for tours, tickets, attractions and activities (“Experiences”). The Experiences are operated and supplied by third-party operators and suppliers (“Operators”).

We act as an intermediary that facilitates your booking with the relevant Operator. Unless we state otherwise, the contract for the Experience itself is between you and the Operator, who is responsible for delivering it and for its safety, quality and accuracy of description.

When you complete a booking and payment, we (or the Operator) will issue a confirmation and, where applicable, a voucher or mobile ticket by email. Your booking is only confirmed once you receive that confirmation.

You are responsible for reviewing the Experience details — including date, time, meeting point, what’s included, age and accessibility requirements and any restrictions — before booking.

Prices are shown in the currency you select and include applicable taxes unless stated. A clearly displayed booking/service fee may be added before you pay. Currency conversions are estimates; your bank or card issuer sets the final rate and may apply its own fees.

Payment is taken securely at the time of booking by our payment processor. We do not store full card details.

Each Experience has its own cancellation terms, shown on the product page and at checkout. Refund eligibility and timing are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

• Provide accurate booking and contact details.
• Meet any eligibility, age, health or documentation requirements for the Experience.
• Arrive at the correct meeting point on time with your voucher or ticket and any required ID.
• Follow the Operator’s reasonable instructions and behave safely and lawfully during the Experience.

Vouchers and tickets are valid only for the date, time and Experience booked unless stated otherwise. Lost, copied or fraudulently obtained vouchers may be refused. Some vouchers are subject to validity periods set by the Operator.

Operators may occasionally change or cancel an Experience (for example due to weather, safety, minimum numbers or circumstances beyond their control). Where this happens we will help arrange an alternative or a refund in line with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

Subject to that, we are not responsible for the acts, omissions or performance of Operators, and to the extent permitted by law our total liability to you in connection with a booking is limited to the total amount you paid for that booking.

If you submit reviews, photos or other content, you confirm it is accurate and lawful and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it to operate and promote the Platform. We may moderate or remove content that breaches these Terms.

Where an experience has not yet received reviews on this Platform, the displayed star rating and review count are aggregated from traveller ratings and reviews of the same experience published on other established online platforms. Once reviews are submitted and approved on this Platform, they are shown alongside — and contribute to — that rating. Aggregated figures are indicative and updated periodically.

The Platform, its content and branding are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or exploit them without our permission.

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, and our use of cookies in our Cookie Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting your statutory consumer rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your booking applies to that booking. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
